All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, lessons, exercises, and software, is the property of Remix AB or its licensors and is protected by Swedish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transfer or sublicense your rights

6.3 User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to Kör Kit, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such content into our Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Kör Kit may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing for paid plans will be clearly displayed before you subscribe. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice to existing subscribers.

7.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). By providing payment information, you:

  • Represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method
  • Agree to keep your payment information current

7.3 Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

7.4 Refunds and Cancellations

  • REMIX AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR 500 SEK, WHICHEVER IS GREATER
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR FAILURES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, INTERNET DISRUPTIONS, OR EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remix AB, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of applicable laws

13. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

17.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translated version, the English version controls in case of any conflict.
